The President of Caring Hands Worldwide, Dr. Cedric Hayden has submitted several bills to allow for better delivery of Non-profit dental care in Oregon. Dr. Hayden has significant experience working as a contractor with the Oregon Health Authority for over 15 years. His experience and background will help to develop a new face of Public Dental Health which will allow for meeting the needs of all Oregonians. Dr. Hayden has also volunteered and provided free dental care in the Oregon cities of Blue River, Oakridge, Springfield, and Sutherlin. Dr. Hayden has also provided free dental care in Chuuk, Micronesia. His volunteer efforts and advocacy to improve dental care in Oregon are greatly appreciated.
