May 27, 2015 is a historic day with the signing of Oregon House Bill 3139 sponsored by Representative Cedric R. Hayden and signed this date by Governor Kate Brown. This bill will allow mobile health clinics in rural Oregon communities to provide services with fewer restrictions, thus allowing for extended staying in communities to better address the health care needs of the people who might not otherwise be able to get access to much needed medical and dental care.
