Message From Cedric and Julie Hayden,

We started Caring Hands Worldwide in 2007 because of the incredible need throughout the world for better healthcare—especially dental care. The difference between living and dying in impoverished countries can often be attributed to the health of a person’s teeth and gums. Through Caring Hands Worldwide (first known as Caring Hand to Mouth), we have provided services to thousands of patients in places like Africa and Micronesia in an effort to better their lives and give them hope.

Caring Hands Worldwide has a facility with state of the art dental equipment in Chuuk, Micronesia, about an hour and a half southeast of Guam by air. We have determined through research that Chuuk is one of the places in the world with the greatest need for dental services—so we set out to make a difference.

We are soliciting help and support from dentists, hygienists and dental assistants throughout the Northwest and the United States to volunteer two weeks in a calendar year providing services to local people in Chuuk, Micronesia. We are setup with the facilities, accommodations and staff to provide support. We just need two weeks of your precious time to help make a difference in the lives of new patients who desperately need what you have to offer. It will be an experience of a lifetime!

If you are interested, please fill out a form here or email info@caringhandsworldwide.org.

We would love to hear from you!
